Reconstruct.
Link each event to documents and the parties’ accounts. Bring contradictions and missing information into view.
LEGAL SPECIALISATION · LAWYERS AND LEGAL PROFESSIONALS ONLY
My clients’ cases · From document to evidence report.
Documents pile up, accounts conflict and your client expects an answer. Amid urgency, emotionally charged accounts and documents to check, you need to reconstruct events and understand the balance of power.
Learn to connect facts, map the actors and examine their roles, interests and sources of influence. Distinguish documented relationships from hypotheses, then explore possible responses to prepare your strategy.
Guided method in preparation · Opening to be confirmed.

Your legal expertise remains central. The method makes your checks traceable.
SEE THE CASE AS A WHOLE
Link each event to documents and the parties’ accounts. Bring contradictions and missing information into view.
Identify who acts, who decides, who holds information and who depends on whom. Examine interests and sources of influence, separating documented relationships from what still needs checking.
Use game theory to examine possible choices and the reactions they might prompt. Test these hypotheses against documents and alternative explanations, without treating intentions as certain.
The method structures your reading of the case. You retain control over legal analysis, verification and strategy.
EXAMINE. COMPARE. VERIFY.
A fictional case · five modules · about six hours
A fictional dispute between Atelier Nord and Ligne Claire: ten documents about a disputed delivery. Every module combines a lesson, guided demonstration, independent Studio Rive / Épure exercise, answer key and assessment. Retain an output at each stage.
Build an inventory with retrievable quotations and visible limitations.
Connect each assertion to its author, passage and actual evidential scope.
Assess a contradiction without dropping conditions, dates or compatible explanations.
Build a timeline and test competing explanations without asserting intent.
Assemble an attributed report that a professional can verify and revise.
Approximately six hours: 60 + 75 + 75 + 75 + 75 minutes including reading, demonstration, practice and review. Teaching estimate to validate with participants. Module 1: 10 min reading, 10 min demonstration, 25 min practice and 15 min review/quiz. Modules 2–5: 10 + 15 + 30 + 20 min. These times include personal practice; they are not six hours of video.
Ability to read a professional case file; a text editor or spreadsheet. No private case required. OpenProof access depends on available entitlements; every exercise can be completed using the written file.
P1–P4 name the stages of the method taught. The written exercises can be completed without software. Access to OpenProof depends on your plan and available features. P3 and P4 are method exercises here; they do not represent two additional available engines.
YOUR FINAL OUTPUT
