01 / CASE WORKFLOW
Essential and Plus follow the same method. Plus opens a broader comparison scope; qualification checks complexity before any proposal.
The claim, submissions or formal notice are read to identify the parties, requests, dates, amounts, cited exhibits and points to verify. This first reading organises questions; it does not reach legal conclusions.
The documentary question, hypotheses to test, period, expected sources and exclusions are framed. This evidentiary strategy guides the search for documents without becoming legal advice.
OpenProof works within a chosen scope: authorised read-only Google Drive folders or manually imported files. Documents retain their identity, version, provenance and fingerprint.
Events are placed in chronological order; contradictions, gaps and hypotheses remain visible. Human review can accept, correct, challenge or reject a point, or request a source.
The exportable case brings together the reconstruction, sources, reservations and review decisions. It can support negotiation preparation or a lawyer’s work; it remains subject to human review and is neither legal advice nor a definitively registered RPO.

Annual billing is €1,500 excluding VAT less than twelve monthly payments. It costs the same as ten individual Essential cases. For only a few cases, one-off purchases remain less expensive.
No unlimited processing, personal analysis by the founder, legal opinion or access to pilot cases. Substantive review remains the professional user’s responsibility.
Before sales, each plan must specify formats and volumes, processing and retries, included users, storage, support, access duration, deliverable, timeframe and acceptance criteria. Essential or Plus qualification will depend on documentary complexity — questions, parties, periods and sources to compare. Exact thresholds and the commercial equivalence of Plus to two Essential capacities will be confirmed with the scope and terms before any commitment.
Cancellation must not immediately delete evidence. Export and retention conditions at the end of access will be stated before any commitment.
