A WRITTEN COURSE · TWO FICTIONAL CASES
Read. Practise. Do it again.
An optional introduction and eight written missions using one fictional file: emails, invoice, bank statement, court claim and interview record. Group passages around the same facts, compare accounts, then write a decision brief. A second case lets you check whether you can repeat the method.
YOUR PACEAn optional 20-minute introduction, then eight missions. Around six hours including guided practice, self-paced; estimate to be tested during the pilot.
YOUR TOOLSA computer and text editor are enough. No OpenProof subscription or AI assistant required. Begin with an entirely fictional case.
IN EACH MISSIONA lesson, a written demonstration, an exercise, a quiz, a correction and help if you get stuck.

A PUBLIC ACCOUNT · A STARTING POINT FOR THE METHOD
When a story needs reconstructing.
Nicolas Desjouis publicly describes the time spent reconstructing his story. This statement raises a methodological question: how can facts, documents and limitations be connected to explain a situation? We draw no conclusion about his dispute. You will practise on Rivage Services and a second consulting case, both entirely fictional.

Before you begin.
What will I be able to do at the end?
Your final result: a two-page brief and a three-minute explanation, supported by four fact sheets comparing accounts, a timeline, a document index and a role map. A reader must be able to find each passage, distinguish a claim from an observation, see what is missing and understand your next action. Repeat with the second case; quizzes do not replace this check.
Why group by fact rather than by person?
The same order may appear in an email, court claim and interview. Putting them in one fact sheet lets you compare passages, identify changes and keep disagreements. You get a checkable story instead of rereading separate files.
Must I have experienced a crisis?
No. Apply the method to a specific difficult situation: disagreement, unclear commitment, scattered material or a decision to prepare.
Will the course determine who is right?
It teaches examination of sources, contradictions and options. Legal conclusions and advice on real commitments require the relevant professional.
Do I need OpenProof or AI?
No. Templates are sufficient. AI is optional and responses need checking. The course alone grants no software case-file access.
How does the launch work?
Explore the written introduction in open access, without an account. A named invitation is required to save exercises and follow all eight pilot missions. Sales will start after the observed pilot and agreed terms. No audio or video content is required. For launch notifications, select Regain control in the Universe form.
