The common course content

“Build or restart your business with AI” includes ten written missions in French and English: lessons, demonstrations, exercises, answer guides, quizzes and troubleshooting. All three stages are included in both options. Progress is saved and your own work can be exported as a personal workbook.

The course is intended for consultants, small-business owners, solo lawyers and small firms, including professional restarts. You create your own tools and carry out your own tests. No revenue, business outcome, certification, CPF funding or third-party funding is promised.

Self-paced - €390 including tax

A single payment at checkout is planned, with no subscription. Access to the purchased edition opens after payment has been confirmed. You receive a durable order confirmation and an invoice. This option includes the course resources and the technical assistance described here; it includes no appointments or personal marking.

With Gersende - €590 total, including tax

The same content, plus three individual 30-minute video meetings with Gersende Ryard de Parcey. Support runs for 90 days from the first meeting. The additional cost is €200 above the course price; it is not €590 per month.

First meeting: define your project and priority. Second meeting: review one deliverable or obstacle and decide your next action. Third meeting: review progress and build your plan for continuing. Meetings are planned at the start, midpoint and end; dates and the language of the meetings are agreed before enrolment.

The first meeting takes place after the 14-day withdrawal period. Bring a focused question and deliverable. Meetings do not include work done for you, a comprehensive audit or unlimited educational messages between sessions. The contractual and payment arrangements for this option will be specified before it goes on sale.

What you need

Exercises require a computer, internet access, an email address, an AI assistant and test environments. Third-party accounts, subscriptions, usage credits, hosting and transaction fees are not included. Reading on a phone does not replace a computer for practical work. No recorded videos or connected AI tutor are advertised.

Your purchased edition

Access to your purchased edition is personal, with no automatic expiry or required subscription. A new edition removes neither that edition nor your work. Error corrections and updates needed to maintain conformity remain included under applicable rights; the commercial bonus duration does not limit them.

TruthX provides the hosting required for access. A platform migration must preserve your rights and work in an equivalent environment at no extra charge. Planned service closure involves at least 90 days’ notice and a continuity solution. Notice alone does not end your rights; statutory remedies remain available if a conforming solution cannot be provided.

36 months at launch, 12 months with support

For the first 1,000 eligible purchases of the self-paced €390 option, published new editions and improvements to this same course are available at no extra charge for 36 months from confirmed payment. The supported €590 option includes access to these course updates for 12 months from confirmed payment.

These periods concern updates, not access to your purchased edition. Afterwards, you retain your edition and your work; no subscription or automatic payment begins. The bonus excludes other courses, OpenProof, additional meetings or work done for you.

Eligible first purchases are paid real orders for the self-paced option, excluding tests, pilots without a purchase and cancelled or fully refunded orders. No sales counter or remaining-place count is advertised before opening. The self-paced price and terms after this launch will be stated before accepting the relevant orders, without an automatic price increase.

Your work and the course resources

You retain your rights in your own work and may use it in your business. Lessons, demonstrations, prompts and answer guides may not be resold, redistributed or shared through your account. The workbook exports your personal work, not the full course resources. Purchasing alone does not authorise testimonials or promotional use of your work.

Technical assistance

Email assistance covers sign-in, access, saved progress, workbook export and defective resources. The target for a first reply is three French business days, Monday to Friday excluding French public holidays, throughout access to your edition. This is not a guaranteed resolution time.

Configuration of external tools, legal or financial advice and personal marking are not included in technical assistance. With the supported option, the three meetings focus on the project and decisions to make. Rescheduling is possible with 48 hours’ notice, subject to agreed availability; exceptional circumstances are considered individually. A postponement caused by TruthX extends the support period to allow the meeting to take place.

14 days to change your mind

Every purchaser, including business buyers, may request a full refund within 14 days of contract conclusion, without giving a reason or completing exercises, even after viewing content. No waiver of withdrawal rights is requested. Statutory rules for calculating and extending the period continue to apply.

Send a clear statement to the contact on the last page or use the online withdrawal function that will be available when orders open. Include your name, ordering email and, if available, the order reference. The supplied form is optional. A dated acknowledgement is provided in a durable form.

Amounts paid are refunded within 14 days of notification to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without fees. No Stripe fees are deducted. Paid access ends on cancellation; your own work remains recoverable. After this period, rights arising from non-performance, non-conformity or other legal grounds remain unaffected.

Estimated total: 14 hours 45 minutes of lessons and guided practice, excluding additional personal trials. This is a programme estimate, not an observed learner result. Quizzes and checklists support self-assessment; they do not certify independence or automatically check external accounts.

Statutory rights and complaints

Statutory rights continue to apply, including consumer rights concerning the conformity of digital content and services and the French latent-defect guarantee. Requests for conformity, price reduction or termination are assessed under the applicable legal conditions. The 14-day refund promise does not restrict these rights. Contact TruthX first with a complaint. French law applies without removing mandatory protections or legally available courts.

Personal data

The current launch notification signup asks only for your email and separate consent; it creates neither an order nor a customer account. The notice is available at openproof.net/privacy-policy#gersende-universe. Information specific to learner accounts, payments and meetings will be provided before they open. Do not send confidential client files with an enquiry.
